booking
- The booking will be confirmed on reception of a non-returnable deposit (20% of the total price).
- The remainder of the rental fee, plus a returnable €150 security deposit, is required 6 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately for late bookings.
- Payment accepted in euros or pounds sterling, cheque, cash or bank transfer.
- We reserve the right to re-let the property if the final payment has not reached us 6 weeks before the holiday starts, or within a week of a late booking.
- Cancellations received prior to final holiday payment will involve the loss of your deposit.
- Cancellations following our receipt of a client's final payment will only involve a refund of 80% of the rental fee if we are able to rent the gite for the same period. The €150 security deposit will be refunded immediately.
- We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damage from the €150 security deposit. This will be refunded on the day of your departure, if time allows checking of the gite, or during the 2 weeks following the end of your stay if you have to leave before the check. In the event of damages, or if the gite is left in a state that necessitate cleaning, then the requisite deductions will be levied from the security deposit before it is returned to you.
- Electricity and water are included in the rent. Duvets, pillows, and bed linen are included, as well as towels if you are renting the studio. An iron and ironing table are provided in the big house and the little house. A travel cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge.
- A laundry service is available for the studio at a cost of €5 for one machine load.
- Please note gites are available for arrivals from 4pm to 10pm. Departures should be completed by 11am.
